Yes. The bulk import feature accepts spreadsheet files with your existing cases — including applicants, inventors, filing dates, and status. Available on every plan. You do not need to start over.

On Professional and Firm, InPASS checks let you schedule status lookups for cases with an application number. Each check needs a quick captcha — nothing runs silently in the background. When the portal shows a change (FER, publication, hearing, or grant), you review it or let high-confidence updates sync to your case milestones and tasks. Starter can open InPASS in a new tab from a case but does not include the checks hub.

All case data is stored on Google Cloud's Mumbai region — physically in India. Google Cloud is enterprise-grade infrastructure with automatic backups and strict access controls. We don't run our own servers. Only authenticated users can access your data.

Yes. Data export is available on request. A fee applies; we confirm the amount before we prepare your export. Email support@iprmanager.com from your account email (or ask your organisation owner or admin). Request export while your account is still active — especially before account deletion — so nothing is lost.

Save line items in quotation or invoice templates, download a PDF, and convert a won quotation to a client invoice without retyping amounts. Email send in the app is not included yet — use download or mailto for V1.

Yes — on Professional and Firm. The billing hub covers quotations and GST-ready client invoices: draft and send fee invoices, apply templates, download a branded PDF (with optional UPI details), and share sent invoices with clients who have portal access on linked cases. This is separate from your IPR Manager subscription bill, which is handled through the payment gateway when you subscribe.

Every paid plan includes AI credits each month — 75 on Starter, 200 on Professional, and 300 per seat on Firm — and they arrive once that month's payment goes through. Your monthly allowance is for that month only: whatever you have not used is cleared when the next month's credits arrive. Credits you buy as a top-up, and credits you earn by referring someone, are different — those stay in your account until you use them. Free plan does not include monthly credits, and your allowance is always spent before your purchased or referral credits.

No. The trial starts without any UPI mandate or card on file. When you subscribe after the trial, payment is completed through a third-party payment gateway.
